Hello, I need an attorney to file a motion or an appeal on a motion to quash, vacate and dismiss for an unlawful eviction that was performed April 30th with no statutory notice and no service and the whole eviction was performed on a different address. May 26 2026 the judge denied the motion, after a hearing where the process server changed his statement of who was served and stated the papers were left outside. I also would like to file a suit for this unlawful eviction.
