My girlfriend is in a detox behavioral center and we have been denied communication although she has been there for 45 days and it wasn't u til the day they were aware we are an Interracial couple that they ceased contact. Mount Dora has mostly white demographics, we are residents of an area of mixed demographics. ReplyNever met with public defender or seen any evidence against me and they set the case for trial and I feel like I should have the right to get a continuous to get a better lawyer who will take my case seriously
ReplyMy husband passed away 2 days ago my name is on the title to the trailer; his father's trying to sell the trailer. I don't know what to do. I need legal help, also we were common while married so I don't think it was legal.
