Mission Statement: The mission of Tacomaprobono Community Lawyers is to combat systemic racism and other forms of discrimination by expanding access to civil legal justice. We provide free holistic legal services, including representation, advice and education to those persons who by reason of poverty are unable to effectively access the legal system.

My son was being arrested for distruction of property when he broke up cops window. So after that the cop went to arrest him and told him to put to put it up let's throw down meaning let's fight and if the cop one my son would go to jail and if my son one that my son could go home and my son was drunk. So they fought and tousled around where the cop broke three of my son's ribs busted his eye open gave him a big black eye and the cop did not have a body camera on and I want to know if that it's illegal for him to not have his body camera on for one I know that and for two I want this cop to pay for what he did to my son he took my son to jail my son was in jail for 3 days with broken ribs he's now in the hospital and Pierce county is dirty anyways so I want a lawyer to fight this cop for what he did to my son cuz it was illegal and I know it was.
ReplyI've been illegally locked into one pharmacy since 2017 and can't get out of it unless I get legal help. Or I have to wait until 2029. I'm on Medicaid and it's Wellpoint insurance. Can you help me?
ReplyThe executor of moms estate is not giving me any info on my inheritance, a family member had told me that the executor is telling them she is not giving me or my brother's what is ours. All I know is my mom just wanted everything to be fair but this isn't the case. If you would just give us the paper work from my moms estate we could just figure that out for ourselves. I have been sick to my stomach wondering what she is doing
