I attended my mother's funeral and hugged my niece and her mother shoved me into the picture table and then she punched on my back. I have bruises, and I am 62 yes old. I left asap with my daughter, in the craziness l forgot My photo album and a framed picture of my mom and dad's wedding and I want it back as it has baby pics of my children. I also want to know if your mom had no will, do you have to go to probate court, as I wasn't included in anything but the 3pm service that I was hurt at. I really need some help.
