My name is Sunita Singh, and I am requesting immediate legal assistance regarding forged real estate documents, undisclosed property damage, unsafe living conditions, credit harm, racial discrimination, and police misconduct involving both Roanoke City and Roanoke County Police Departments. Multiple agencies are already involved, including FHA, SCC, the Virginia Attorney General, DPOR, and HUD. Racial Discrimination (Beginning 3/20/2026) Since March 20, 2026, I have repeatedly been ignored, dismissed, spoken to disrespectfully, denied proper investigation, and redirected without cause. This is the second time I have been denied assistance due to my race. This pattern directly affected how my reports were handled and how my child’s safety was disregarded. Forged Real Estate Documents & Unauthorized Loan I never signed a house contract. A home sale and loan were processed without my authorization, and documents were concealed for over a year. I was told I was “locked in” despite never signing anything. The loan appears to have been rushed to meet a 90‑day expiration window. My credit scores (785 / 804 / 814) collapsed as a result. Undisclosed Damage & Unsafe Living Conditions After the unauthorized closing, I discovered flooding, water intrusion, ceiling leaks, unsafe electrical wiring, no heat, structural issues, and mold risk. I was electrocuted due to undisclosed electrical hazards. An insurance loss dated 2/28/25—the same day as closing—shows the damage existed before I owned the home. Financial Damages I paid a $1,000 insurance deductible for pre‑existing damage, multiple repair costs, and utilities for unsafe conditions. My credit has been severely damaged, and I am financially unstable. Impact on My Child My son has lived in a home with no heat, unsafe wiring, flooding, instability, and emotional stress. He is starting school again without basic necessities due to the financial harm caused by this situation. Police Misconduct & Ignored Reports On 7/10/26, Report #26‑041078 was taken by Officer Benton (Roanoke County) but never investigated. I was told this was due to claims made by SEG Foster. Roanoke City Police appear to have interfered or blocked the report. On 7/11/26, additional contact was made with police. I need all CAD logs, call logs, and officer notes for these dates. FOIA Records Needed I need CAD reports for 7/10/26 and 7/11/26, Incident Report #26‑041078, all supplemental reports, call logs, dispatch logs, any communication between City and County police, any documentation referencing SEG Foster, and any internal notes explaining why the incident was not investigated.
