Mission Statement: Our mission is to promote the equal application of justice and remove impediments to fairness for the low-income and vulnerable families of eastern Virginia. We strive to both meet the individual legal needs of our clients and to challenge systemic injustice and the root causes of poverty and inequality. I have been to court on this situation and need a lawyer help please I'm 70 yrs old and was the DPOA of my mom for 5 and half yrs and used money of my mom's for her every need my half sister is suing me while I'm on social security and I need to go to circuit court for an appeal and the judge from civil court advised both to get attorneys I don't know how to handle this!!
