EMERGENCY CUSTODY TRIAL JUNE 29 Nueces County Case# 2016-FAM-61678-B I am the legal aunt with custody of my 12 year old niece since 2016. I am low-income, live 6 hours away, and experience severe anxiety. I desperately need a free or low-cost lawyer to represent me on June 29th for a temporary order hearing and child in-chambers interview. I have ironclad screenshot evidence from older siblings showing the mother has a severe mental health crisis, admitting she tried to kill herself and needed drug detox. She also sent text death threats stating she "should of killed b4 i had u." There is a Hillsboro Tx. P.D. police report case#26-000289, official CPS case #38276262 for neglectful supervision .
