Hi. in November I bough 4 mobiles homes in centerwood park paying lot rent $470 now we had a new management and rent will be $600. this park is old and is not for $600, rent there are $800 to $1,000. after water and trash as a lanlord i will maybe get like $160 a month for me cause my contract includes water and trash. that was $17 for water and $10 for trash. now will be around $45 for water and $20 for trash. this park doesn't worth a $600 lot in the area it is. I really need help with this, and I know other owners too.
