I am reaching out on behalf of David Searles. He was working with a Denise Austin at this office during some legal issues back in 2022. David is facing some serious charges after being advised by his prior attorney to flee a long prison sentence at trial. He is currently being held in Montana waiting for extradition back to Philly. We are desperately looking for someone to look back into the numerous "issues" with the legal process such as "missing" evidence and police body cam footage and misrepresentation. David is now facing a sentence that was entered in absentia for 15-30 years in prison. We are seeking some legal help, anything you can do to help is so appreciated. If Denise is still at this office, we would love to speak with her as she has knowledge about this case and was such an advocate in the past.
