I am turning 65 in November and had my child support re-activated taking close to half of my ssa, i cannot pay all of my credit cards and need to file chapter 7, i have filled out chapter 7 forms and will be taking this counseling course required to file, i need to see if i am missing anything. my gross ssa is 1305 but after child support i am left with 755 per month, i would like to see if i qualify for free counsel, and if not how much would you charge me. thank you
