My mother passed away and left 1/2 of her estate to us. The executor was her husband who is a convicted pedophile. It has been over a year since her death and her home sold in the summer. So far we have not received anything from her estate. The executor has taken my mothers truck and RV and moved to Arizona. When we tried to contact him or his attorney, they are telling us the judge forgot to sign the release to distribute the money from the estate. It has been several months and we were wondering if we could somehow get more information about her estate. It seems like there should be a public record but we don't know where to even start looking?
