I'm a retiree struggling and unable to pay cancer chemo treatments and was told I don't qualify for Medicaid due to making a few dollars over the income limit. Upon researching online and discovering the medical bills should help to offset the overage income by using the "Spend Down" option, I was told by the one and only case worker he wouldn't even consider any other options that could help me qualify. I desperately need help.
