To whom it may concern, I am currently seeking legal advice for being wrongful terminated due to medical conditions with my 2yr old daughter. Employers knew of the possible situation of me working from home remotely temporarily as instructed by the doctor. I just started to receiving unemployment, however I have put in numerous applications with no luck of landing a job and my income has decreased drastically because my employer terminated me over something that was beyond my control. I have several emails and texts messages from the owners where they knew of my situation. Is this something that someone could help me with?

I got married in Massachusetts 2 years ago. We got separated 2 months after that. I lived all that time abroad. Now Im back to USA, North Carolina. Can I file a divorce here or should I file it in MA. We also have a baby from this marriage. Thank you.
