My LL keeps refusing to send me information so I can file for CIRCUIT BREAKER. He blackmailed me into signing a ression stating I'd be out of my apartment by the end of MAY. I first got info on how to deal with this from the Missouri Department of Senior Services and I got to the step of reporting to the IRS. My LL responded with a laughing emoji. I sent another email in response saying that LL was stealing my money so to speak. Even after I sent the email about stealing my money. His response was another laughing emoji. What can I do? Btw LL is listed as LLC.
