my j father passed away 2008 and I'm just finding out the assets over one million dollars were not divided as will stated , I just need someone to explain how we all 3' we're to be given a third yet I was not given a single piece of paper except merril lynch that my brother took upon himself to invest my cash into stock I recently found out I was not given any benefits life insurance over 500k and another 400k I don't know what to do or how to go about anything , he never told me nothing
