Reviews
Mom is in a nursing home and we need to know if we can do a rent to own contract, or what can we do. One of her grand daughters and her family would like to clean it up and live there . Right now it smells like mildew. Floors need replaced , and the furnace doesn't work. Also need to replace the toliets. But they are willing to do this if they could rent to own. Family agreed to charge them 500.00 a month. What can we do to make this possible.
