I need am in need of a divorce. My husband is financially ruining us, he is unemployed, and refuses to get a job, but is taking out cash from his retirement, and loans behind my back. He even tried to cash out our kid's life insurance policies. I have gotten us out of debt, and I refuse to get back into debt because of him. We have 4 kids under age 18, a house, and one car payment. He's blown through our savings, and won't stop. I don't want to be responsible for whatever debt he gets himself into. I don't know where to start or what to do to protect myself and the kids
