I'm seeking an attorney for my son, he recently went through a nasty divorce had never been in any legal issues before but she made accusations and they never gave him a chance, but since then he got a simple assault misdemeanor charge in Hall Co. After not reporting he had a warrant and had 3 grams of meth and has been charged with possession in Jackson Co. They refuse to give him a bond due to the hold so he's just sitting there, I don't know what can be done
