My problem is chickens in residential areas. I have attempted to contact the county representative who seems to be out on personal family business and no idea when rep will return to office. This is a major problem for me as the chickens start singing at about 3:30 ish in the AM. I have a feeling that the only way anyone will listen is by bringing some sort of litigation against the county. I do need help with this. Thank you.
