My name is Donna Banning I'm a widow, my husband Scott Banning passed away last year. I live under the poverty level in Immokalee. My husband had an account with Suncoast here in immokalee. He forgot to put me as a beneficiary on that account. He was very ill the last 6 months before passing and forgot he hadnt. He had me on his other accounts. I would like to claim those funds, it's about 1,600.00 and they won't release them without a court document. Could you help me? I'm his wife and beneficiary. Thank you for your time.
