I need help with a rental that we rent and it is being condemned and the landlord has now served eviction papers. There is alot to this issue and need some help with this. It's not just a matter moving, it's how. I have read that the landlord can be ordered to give is back our security deposit and can be ordered to provide moving expences. I have a demand letter that I made asking for the 5800.00 to move and our deposit. Can you please help. I have low income and can't afford to see an attorney that is going to charge alot.
