We purchased an RV 10-07-2025. When it was delivered, we discovered multiple damages. The damages happened on Camping World property after purchase and prior to delivery. The RV was not cleaned or serviced.
We immediately reported the damages to the Service Manager. I hand delivered a statement outlining the problems. Several pictures , videos were sent to the Service Manager.
When we got the RV hooked up to water, electric, gas, we Discovered multiple very serious problems. I sent certified letters with all of the damages and problems to Management in hopes to get this resolved. The Management will not address the problems. THE RV IS NOT SUTIBLE TO LIVE IN.
We purchased it for our daughter, two grandsons, and her disabled father to live in. It was financed through a credit union with extremely high interest rate.
Oct 7, 2025, We purchased an RV from Camping World for our daughter, two grandsons, and her disabled father to live in. It was delivered Oct 24, 2025. Upon delivery, we saw damages that happened between 10/07 and 10/24 while on Camping World property. THE RV IS NOT LIVABLE. We sent and received several texts, provided pictures and videos. Manager is not addressing the damages.
Oct 28th, We met with and hand delivered a chart of events including all of the damages to Tim Crowder, Service manager. He did replace the refrigerator, but the new one is half the size of the original. Not large enough for a family of four.
Because of the damages, we were not able to move into the RV. We had to move in on November 2nd. because we had to be out of the previous rental. Upon moving in, we discovered even more damages, including the damage on the back and back side where someone crashed it. We can’t use the bathroom, or shower, the oven does not work, the A/C is not working properly and leaks from the ceiling vent. IT IS NOT FIT TO LIVE IN.
I've attached my letter and chart of events that explain all of the damages to Mr. Crowder, Service Manager. Mr. Crowder said that they are not addressing the other damages.
Nov 21st, I sent certified letters to the General Manager and to the CEO at Camping World headquarters in Illinois. The return receipt green card mailed to the General Manager in Bartow was returned to me Nov 25th. They are not taking this seriously. Please help.
