Looking for a pro bono lawyer for a child support issue. The father is still being charged with child support even though the "children" are ages 27 and 30. The ex-wife has an associate within the child support enforcement department that is helping her manipulate the system. The father has been forced to pay a $750 purge or be incarcerated. Also has been threatened with drivers license suspension. The case with child support enforcement has been closed but still remains in court. The adult children come to the father themselves when they need money or anything else. The mother is not entitled to any money the father makes as they have been divorced for over 20 years and there wasn't any alimony awarded to the mother. The mother has recently become homeless and has been addicted to drugs since the children were born. The mother is just trying to get a handout instead of getting a job through any means necessary despite the illegal method. The father doesn't like to ruffle feathers so I am appointed to be his voice. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
